We’re all thinking it.

How do virtual appointments actually work?

The Process

Get In Touch

We all start somewhere. Dropping us an email on the contact page is your first step, and we will send you an assessment form to deem your suitability for an online consultation. If you think your case is quite complex, you can also have a free 10 minute consultation to discuss how we may be able to help you.

Complete your forms and let’s get to work!

Once your forms have been returned, we will book a time to suit you where we can ask some more detailed questions and get you to show us where possible, the injured site and any mechanisms that promote or reduce pain. We will complete a full assessment and in many cases will get to work providing a rehabilitation plan. If we feel you may need more in depth care- we will always tell you and will happily write a referral letter you can take to your medical practitioner with a detailed history from our appointment.

We are able to use a number of platforms including Zoom, Teams, GoogleMeet, Whatsapp Video and more so if you have a preference do let us know.

Receive your programme and follow up

We will send your rehab programme with either gym based or home based exercises included (as appropriate) within 48 hours of the call. We will also included any other recommended therapy such as cryotherapy, orthotics, water based exercises, or return to running/sport based sessions if required. We use a number of programmes to send these, which have brilliant video demonstrations and you are also more than welcome to video yourself and send it to us, so we can review technique if you are unsure.

We will then follow up at 7 days after to check in on your progress, as well as being available via email for any further questions or issues you may have.

These are the typical situations where we have a lot of success with our clients. If you fall into these categories, get in touch to see how we can help you using the link below.
